Terms of Use

Last updated: June 11, 2026

1. Agreement

By using the Launched website at trylaunched.ca or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. The service

Launched provides last-mile launch services for software prototypes — including hosting setup, payments, authentication, data, integrations, bug fixes, and post-launch support. The specifics of any engagement are described in the proposal we send you before work begins.

3. Pricing & payment

Most projects are a flat US$199 per project. Larger or more complex engagements are quoted in writing in advance. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed. Third-party costs (hosting, domain, Stripe fees, etc.) are passed through to you at cost.

4. Launch guarantee

If we accept your project and can't get it live and stable, you don't pay. The guarantee covers the launch deliverable described in your proposal — not new features added after kickoff.

5. Ownership

You own 100% of the code, accounts, domain, and data we set up for you. We retain no rights to your product. We may keep high-level, non-confidential metrics (e.g. "shipped in 5 days") to describe our work.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to share any code, content, or data you give us.
  • You're responsible for the legality of your product and how you use it with your customers.
  • You'll respond to our questions in a reasonable timeframe so we can keep your project moving.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Launched or anything we build to break the law, infringe on others, send spam, host malware, or do anything that endangers the safety of users. We may decline or stop work that violates this section.

8. Third-party services

Your product will rely on third-party platforms (hosting, Stripe, email, analytics, etc.). Those providers have their own terms, and Launched isn't liable for their outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.

9. Warranty & liability

Launched is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party can end an engagement in writing. Fees for work already completed remain payable. We'll hand over what we've built and delete project credentials we no longer need.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

12. Contact
