1. Who we are

Launched ("we", "us", "our") helps builders take AI- and no-code prototypes from working preview to live, paying product. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you provide when you use our website at trylaunched.ca or engage us for a project.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit through our forms — your name, email, and the project link or description you choose to share.
  • Project information you give us during a build — code, credentials, customer data, and any other material required to ship your project.
  • Usage data collected automatically when you visit the site — pages viewed, referring URL, device and browser type, and approximate location based on IP. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for this.

3. How we use information

  • Reply to your enquiry and deliver the service you asked for.
  • Send you the downloads, checklists, or proposals you requested.
  • Improve the site, measure marketing, and prevent abuse.
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project code or customer data to train any AI model.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate Launched — including hosting, analytics, email, and payments (Stripe). They process information only on our behalf and under contract.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterwards for tax and legal reasons. Project credentials are deleted at handoff unless you ask us to keep them for ongoing support.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. Email us and we'll action it.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

8. Children

Launched is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
